New 5K PR at Bislett Stadion

I headed over to Bislett Stadion for a track workout today. The session felt tough, but it was great to get it done!

I managed to set a new personal record on the 5k today with a time of 24:24! This run is going to be my baseline to build on as I continue training and working on my fitness.
